Re-vamp completely revamped our entire Audio Visual set up at my sports bar. Jack at Re-vamp was knowledgeable on the products he was using and worked with us to understand our needs and customized the setup to work best for us. We went from 62 TVS with a cable/directv box at each tv and having to walk around to manually change everything to over 75 TVS tied in to one operating system for an easy to use interface that we can use for all our sports channels, streams, marketing, etc. It is so much more efficient, providing a better experience for both the staff and the customer! We also used him to install our camera and security system, our back up internet (thank god when our internet goes out now we dont have to go to manual paper credit card receipts), and soon we will also be doing smart thermostats! Jack provides a high quality service, is responsive, and continues to be supportive in troubleshooting all audio/visual issues even after the initial service is complete.
